Lost PIN-code

Lost PIN-code

If you've lost your PIN-code to Accessy you need to use your recovery code to unlock the app. This would have been presented to you when you first created your account. When you've entered the wrong PIN-code three times in a row, you will see the first view for account registration. Click on "Already have an account?" and follow the on-screen instructions where you in the process will be able to choose a new PIN-code.

If you have however also lost your recovery code, you will unfortunately have to reset your account. This will mean that any access and memberships will also be reset and have to be applied for again. You can read more about resetting your account here. [Article currently in Swedish only.
