Account exists already?

Account exists already?

If you get an error message saying that "Account exists", someone has most likely used the phone number already for creating an Accessy account. This is probably due to:

  1. This someone has cancelled their subscription, whereby the phone number has been made available again and you've received it. You can still go ahead with creating an account. Klick on "Reset account" to reset and create an new account. You can more about resetting an account here. [currently swedish article only - will be updated shortly]
