Reset account

Reset account

If you've lost your recovery code you need to reset your account, including access and memberships. The process is similar, regardless if you're using an iPhone or an Android device:

When you start up the Accessy-app and view the starting screen, do NOT choose to log in with an existing account. Instead, fill in your name and phone number as if you were a completely new user. Dont forget to accept the terms & conditions.

Now you'll be prompted for an activation code sent to you through text message. Fill that in and you will then see a screen stating that the "account exists". From here you can select to reset your account.

After you've selected "Reset account", you'll be asked if you are really sure. Click "I'm sure" and then select a new 6-digits PIN-code.

Please note that a reset of your account will mean that your previous access and subscription memberships will also be reset. After a reset, you therefor need to contact your administrator in order to get access again.

Info
If the app "stalls" during the process, please check your mobile phone settings for date and time. Make sure that these are set to "Automatic" and then try again. This setting is a requirement for the Accessy app to function properly.
