Reset account

In order to reset your account, follow these steps

- delete and then download and reinstall the app from App Store / Google Play. This way, you make sure that you also have the latest version.
- pretend that you're a new user and fill out your your name etc...
- enter the activation code sent via SMS
- Next you should get a prompt saying that "Account exists" and ask if you wish to reset or enter the "recovery code". You could give it a try and select the recovery code option. With a bit of luck, the next page might ask you if you want to search for this code on iCloud / Google Drive - answer Yes. If it's NOT found or not working, simply redo the process, but select the "Reset account" option instead and follow the instructions on-screen.
- If recovery code was found, you should have regained all your access. If not, and you had to do the reset, please ask your admin to send you new access/invite.

If the app gets "stuck along the process, double check that the time and date settings in your mobile phone are set to "Automatic" and then try again. This is a prerequisite for the app to work.
