Reset account

If you've lost your recovery code you need to reset your account, including access and memberships. The process is similar, regardless if you're using an iPhone or an Android device:

When you start up the Accessy-app and view the starting screen, do NOT choose to log in with an existing account. Instead, fill in your name and phone number as if you were a completely new user. Dont forget to accept the terms & conditions.


Now you'll be prompted for an activation code sent to you through text message. Fill that in and you will then see a screen stating that the "account exists". From here you can select to reset your account.



After you've selected "Reset account", you'll be asked if you are really sure. Click "I'm sure" and then select a new 6-digits PIN-code.

You should now be logged in to the app again. If things didn't work out, try uninstalling the app completely and then reinstall it from Google Play / App Store. Then repeat the above process.

Please note that a resetting your account will mean that your previous access. membership and membership invitations will also be reset. These would in other words need to be applied for again.
