Using Accessy

Using Accessy

Using Accessy is very easy. In the "More"-section of the app, you'll find all of your granted access under "Access".

There are two ways of opening doors with Accessy:
  1. by using the button in the app
  2. by scanning an Accessy-tag at the door

Opening doors by using the slider-button in the app

When opening the app, you'll see the very first home page where you'll also see any "Favorite" access you might have. Click on one of them to show the manual buttons. Swipe from left to right to unlock the door.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the unlocks that you do and whom you let in through the door when using your access. You have been given a trust to honour.

If you dont have any favorites yet, click on "More" and then swipe the access from right to left to show the heart-icon. Click the heart to add the access as a favorite!

Opening doors by scanning an Accessy-tag

If you spot an Accessy-tag next to a door you have access to, you can simply scan the tag using your mobile phone.

If the app isn't in scan-mode already, click the Accessy-logo at the bottom of the screen to active it.

On some Android-phones, you don't necessarily need to have the scan-mode active. You could also be able to scan directly from the app or even with the app close as long as the phone is unlocked. It differs between Android-versions. If uncertain, activate the scan-mode :)

If you're having trouble getting the scan-feature to work, please read our quick-guide here:
