The app sometimes freezes or does nothing

If you experience that the Accessy app freezes or just seem to be loading, it would be worth checking your internet connectivity. Please check both the WiFi as well as your mobile internet.

Accessy is completely dependant on a connection to the internet and sometimes when you're on the edge of a WiFi-network, the mobile phone can have problems knowing which network to connect to. As a result, it will switch between the two and Accessy will be affected. Try turning off the network with the lowest connection status and check if Accessy performs better.
