Accessy
To remove your user account and details with Accessy, please take the following steps:
Step 1:
In the app, go to "More" and then click the bottom right icon. From there, click on "My subscriptions and swipe each of your subscriptions to the left. This will show a red garbage bin icon. Click on the garbage bins until you have left all of your subscriptions:
Step 2:
Go back and click "Settings" and then simply click "Unregister":
Note:
Due to legal reasons and traceability, the phone number will be kept in our systems and data logs. You may still log back into the app using your recovery code with the same phone number. No access however is retained provided you have completed "Step 1" above and left all your subscriptions.
