Invite users (with the app)
To be able to invite and manage users in a subscription, you need to have the administrator area “Subscription.”
To be able to assign access to users, you also need the area “Delegation.”
Here, we assume that there are already suitable so-called access groups available to use.
Inviting users with the app
First, click on "More" and then this icon:

Then click "Invitations"
You will then see a list of pending invitations – if there are any. The users you invite will appear in this list. Click on

to invite users.
When you click “Invite Users,” you can invite one or multiple users at a time, choose whether they should immediately be added to an access group to gain access, and also write a message to them. If you are a subscription administrator for multiple subscriptions, you can easily switch which subscription the invitation applies to by clicking on the row for the current subscription.
Once you have added the users you want to invite, click the icon in the upper right corner to send the invitation:
Membership requests
Under "Membership requests" you can see any pending requests where users themselves have requested to join your subscription:
Swipe left on a row with a user to show the options to approve or decline the request:
Good to know:
- if a suitable access group is missing, you can easily create new ones under “Groups” → “Access Groups” in the main menu. If needed, read more here: LINK TO BE ADDED SOON.
- You do not need to have the app installed to receive an invitation. An SMS is sent to each invited number. If the app is not installed, the link in the SMS will lead to the App Store or Google Play. Once the app is installed and registered with the same number the invitation was sent to, the user can accept (or decline) the invitation. If the Accessy app is already installed, the link in the SMS simply opens the app directly.
