I'm getting an error message after the PIN-code or when registering

If you're getting an error message when trying to enter your PIN-code or when registering in the Accessy-app, it's most likely your time and date settings in your phone that is incorrect. You could get a few different error messages, but the most common are:
- "Invalid credentials"
- "Mobile device not found when logging in"
"NĂ¥gonting gick fel" / "Something went wrong"
- "Certificate error"

Please adjust your mobile phone settings (see below instructions). If this still doesn't solve the issue, please contact us.

On Android

Make sure that "Automatic date and time" is on. You'll find this setting under Settings -> General Management -> Date and time. If the settings are already set to "Automatic", please set it to OFF and then ON again and then restart your phone.

On iPhone

Make sure that "Set automatically" is set to ON. You will find this setting under Settings - > General -> Date & Time. If this setting is already set to ON, turn it OFF and then ON again and then restart your mobile device.
