How do I get access?

Answer:

Contact your administrator or property owner directly. This applies both if you lack access entirely or if you are missing access to specific doors.
If you are missing access, you should contact your administrator or property owner directly.

This is the only way to obtain access, as we at Accessy never issue access ourselves. This is entirely up to our customers, meaning the property owner or the administrator of your premises.

Question: 

How do I know who my administrator is?

Answer:

If you do not know who to contact, we ask that you first search internally within your company or with your property manager. If you absolutely cannot find anyone, you are welcome to contact us, and we can likely help.
