Can you send you error messages directly from the app?

Yes, you can. If you take a screenshot from the mobile phone, you'll be prompted if you wish to send the screenshot to us by e-mail. Besides the screenshot, we'll also get a logg on what the app has been trying to do, as well as information on the mobile phone (brand, model and operating system). If you would like, you can also add information about an Accessy-tagg (for instance if you have problems with a specific door) by clicking on "Add tag" and then scanning a door.

You can also choose to just send us the latest logg from the app, without having to take a screenshot.

To send a screenshot with log and any eventual added door, simply take a screenshot directly from your mobile device:
- on Android, you usually press the "Volume down" button and "Power on" button simultaneously.
- on iPhone, it is usually by pressing the "Home button" and "Power on" button simultaneously, alternatively, it could also be "Volume up" button and "Power on" button.

To send just the log:
- for both iPhone and Android, to go "More" and then "Settings". There you'll find "Send feedback to Accessy".
